Pursuant to s. 70.45, Wis. Stats. the assessment roll for the Year 2021 assessment will be open for examination starting on the 13th day of April 2022, at 8:30am until 4:30pm, Mondays through Thursdays, and 8:30am until 12:00pm, Fridays.
Additionally, the assessor shall be available – by virtual means only – on the 13th day of April 2022 at 9:00am until 11:00am. Due to COVID-19 restrictions known at present, Open Book will be conducted via phone or email ONLY. Instruction material will be provided during Open Book to persons who wish to object to valuations under s. 70.47 Wis. Stats.
